Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide a mobile number and give your consent, we may send you text messages relating to:
- Scheduling, confirming, and reminding you about calls you booked with us
- Follow-up about an application or enquiry you submitted
- Account, onboarding, and programme delivery notifications
- Occasional offers and updates, where you opted in to marketing messages
